Accessibility

Yes. Our platform is built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. All interactive elements are properly labeled, navigation is keyboard-accessible, and we've conducted extensive testing with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver. We continuously test and improve accessibility based on user feedback.

We currently offer native support for English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, and Arabic. Additional languages can be added for your organization. All content is professionally translated and culturally reviewed. We also support right-to-left languages and provide multilingual content review services.

Absolutely. Our platform is designed mobile-first and works on any device from phones to tablets to desktop computers. We test across iOS, Android, and common browsers. The patient-facing portal is optimized for small screens, and all staff interfaces scale gracefully for any screen size.

Implementation & Timeline

Implementation timelines vary based on scope and complexity. A patient portal might launch in 12–16 weeks. A full care-coordination platform could take 4–6 months. During our discovery phase, we'll provide a realistic timeline and breakdown of milestones specific to your organization.

We'll work with your team to define project scope, identify key stakeholders, and secure approvals. You'll need to provide access to current systems and processes. We handle the technical heavy lifting, but success depends on ongoing collaboration with your clinical and operational teams.

Yes. We provide comprehensive onboarding training for your staff, documentation tailored to your workflows, and dedicated support for 30 days post-launch. We also offer ongoing support packages with various service levels depending on your needs.

Integrations & Data

Yes. We integrate with most major EHRs and health IT systems via standard protocols including HL7 FHIR, CCD, and RESTful APIs. We work with your IT team to design data flows that respect your existing infrastructure and governance policies. We've successfully integrated with Epic, Cerner, Athena, and many others.

Data protection is fundamental to our design. We comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and GDPR. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and conduct regular security audits. We also support your organization's data residency requirements.

Yes. We provide data migration services and tools. We'll work with you to extract data from legacy systems, map it to our data model, validate it, and load it safely. Migration planning is part of the implementation process. We build in thorough testing and validation to ensure data integrity.

Security & Compliance

Yes. We comply with HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and undergo regular third-party security audits. We'll provide attestations and compliance documentation required by your organization and provide BAAs as needed.

We maintain an incident response plan and 24/7 security monitoring. In the event of a security issue, we follow notification protocols outlined in our service agreements and applicable regulations. We'll provide immediate notifications to your organization and work transparently to remediate.

Pricing & Support

We offer flexible pricing models based on your organization's needs and scale. Common approaches include per-patient licensing, per-user seats, or value-based arrangements. Pricing typically includes implementation, training, hosting, and ongoing support. We'll discuss pricing during your discovery conversation.

We provide multiple support tiers. Standard support includes email and phone support during business hours. Premium support adds priority response times and phone support after hours. Dedicated support provides an assigned account manager and custom SLAs. Choose the level that fits your organization's needs.

Healthcare & Workflows

Yes. We've worked with primary care, behavioral health, women's health, dental, community health, and telehealth providers. The platform is configurable to support different workflows, intake processes, and clinical documentation requirements. We conduct workflow mapping during implementation to customize it for your model.

Absolutely. We work collaboratively with other vendors. During implementation, we'll coordinate with your EHR vendor, IT team, and other partners. We provide technical documentation and participate in integration meetings to ensure smooth coordination and successful implementation.
